Procurement Support
We assist with sourcing, coordination, and review during procurement, working with suppliers and contractors to ensure selections align with the approved design and quality standards. We also work with our partner artisan to get any custom item crafted.
Concept Design
We develop design concepts that establish the overall vision, layout, and atmosphere of a project. This stage focuses on ideas, spatial intent, and the character of the space.
FF&E Specification
We select and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment, and finishes that align with the design vision, functional needs, and budget expectations
Implementation & Handover
We provide design management, coordination, and aesthetic oversight during construction and installation, working alongside licensed contractors to support smooth execution. Ensuring the finished environment reflects the client’s vision before handover.
